About the Role

Join a leading global law firm and play a key role in driving business development and growth initiatives across Singapore and the wider APAC region.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive Business Development professional to become an integral member of our Singapore and APAC BD team. Working closely with partners, lawyers and regional colleagues, you'll support strategic business development activities, client engagement initiatives and profile-raising campaigns across a range of sectors and practice groups.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the development of winning client pitches, proposals and capability statements.
  • Conducting client, market and sector research to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Planning and delivering client events, seminars and marketing campaigns, from concept through to execution and post-event ROI analysis.
  • Managing client and business development data, reporting and CRM activities.
  • Coordinating legal directory submissions and profile-raising initiatives.
  • Maintaining digital content, communications and marketing materials.
  • Supporting BD planning processes, dashboards and document management to ensure activities are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

About you

You'll bring 1-2 years' experience in business development, marketing or a related role within a professional services environment, ideally legal services. A confident communicator and strong team player, you'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with CRM systems, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach will set you up for success in this role.

Why join us?

  • Be part of a collaborative and globally connected BD team.
  • Gain exposure to a broad range of sectors, practices and high-profile client initiatives.
  • Work directly with partners and senior stakeholders across the region.
  • Enjoy a varied, hands-on role where your contribution will have a tangible impact on business growth.

This is a 7-month fixed-term contract opportunity covering a period of parental leave.
