Your role

As Clinical Business Development & Education Manager, you play a key role in strengthening Össur's position as a trusted partner within the Orthotics & Prosthetics community. You combine business development, clinical education, and professional engagement to create meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and industry stakeholders.

In this highly visible role, you will drive market growth, support the adoption of innovative solutions, lead educational initiatives through the Össur Academy, and help develop the next generation of O&P professionals. You will collaborate closely with commercial, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver value for customers and patients while contributing to Össur's continued success.

Your tasks

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region.
• Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Develop referral networks and support new patient acquisition initiatives.
• Deliver clinical and technical education programs for healthcare professionals.
• Lead and coordinate Össur Academy activities, including workshops, seminars, and certification programs.
• Develop annual education plans and measure learning outcomes.
• Establish partnerships with universities, O&P schools, and academic organizations.
• Organize student engagement, internships, and academic collaboration opportunities.
• Represent Össur at congresses, conferences, exhibitions, and scientific meetings.
• Support marketing initiatives and increase awareness of Össur's clinical expertise and product portfolio.

Who are you?

You are an enthusiastic relationship builder with a strong clinical understanding of the O&P industry. You enjoy connecting people, sharing knowledge, and identifying opportunities that create value for both healthcare professionals and patients.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in Orthotics & Prosthetics, Clinical Rehabilitation, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Several years of experience within the Orthotics & Prosthetics industry or a comparable healthcare environment.
• Experience in business development, clinical education, professional affairs, or customer engagement.
• Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
