Project Role : Business Capability Architect
Project Role Description : Define and build a capability that does not currently exist. Develop industry position papers on the capability and help define a practice from incubation to growth stages. Participate in business development activities and act as a subject matter expert for the technical and functional design of the capability, which can be leveraged or implemented at multiple clients.

Summary:
As a Business Capability Architect, a typical day involves defining and constructing new capabilities that are not yet established within the organization. This role requires developing comprehensive industry position papers to articulate the value and scope of these capabilities. The architect actively supports the evolution of the practice from its initial incubation phase through to its growth and maturity. Engagement in business development activities is a key part of the day, alongside providing expert guidance on both technical and functional aspects of the capability. The role also involves ensuring that the developed capabilities can be effectively leveraged or implemented across multiple client environments, fostering innovation and strategic growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align capability development with business objectives.
- Support the documentation and communication of capability frameworks to stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members in understanding and applying capability concepts.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to inform capability enhancements and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong knowledge of retail business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing business capabilities within retail environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate capability concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with business development processes and client engagement strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
