As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and shaping effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
