As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the business by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also entails translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation initiatives by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical projects forms an integral part of daily activities. Collaboration across various teams and continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress are key aspects of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to business processes and systems.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Openlink Endur.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to design and document business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaboration across departments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Openlink Endur Functional.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
