RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build analyses, dashboards, and reports on business performance.
- Partner with teams to define metrics and requirements.
- Surface insights and recommendations from data.
- Monitor key metrics and flag trends.
- Support analytics standards and data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
- Prior experience in analytics or data analysis.
- Proficiency with SQL and BI tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with investments or insurance products is a plus
