As a Business Analyst+Guidewire - Senior Associate you will focus on data and analytics engineering work within our Data, Analytics & AI practice, supporting data solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights and help drive business decisions. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex workstreams, and develop your technical skills while mentoring junior team members and managing assigned deliverables with a client-focused approach. In this role at PwC, you will design and implement data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions that support Guidewire-related client needs and broader data engineering efforts.

Responsibilities

- Designing and building data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation logic for client solutions
- Analyzing complex data engineering problems and translating business needs into technical requirements
- Using Guidewire-related data knowledge to support modernization, migration, and system integration efforts
- Developing cloud-based data infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake environments
- Validating data quality, lineage, and performance across warehouse, lake, and analytics platforms
- Tuning database structures, queries, and processing workflows to improve load times and usability
- Interpreting data patterns to inform recommendations for architecture, scalability, and platform design
- Supporting client conversations by clarifying needs, managing workstream progress, and adapting to changing priorities
- Reviewing deliverables from junior team members and providing feedback to support technical growth
- Applying data governance, security, and anonymization practices across engineering activities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating Guidewire business analysis experience in client service settings
- Interpreting data trends to inform recommendations and project direction
- Applying critical thinking to complex data and workflow challenges
- Building client connections while navigating changing priorities
- Mentoring junior team members through assigned workstreams
