About this Business Analyst - Contract role at AND Digital
We are recruiting for a Contract Product / Business Analyst to start Monday 12 October 2026. The role is based in Amsterdam, with potential travel to Paris up to 3 times. This is a 10-week engagement, working 4 days per week.
Who We Are:
AND Digital are a tech company focused on accelerating digital delivery and dedicated to closing the digital skills gap. We’ve been helping organisations build better digital products and stronger digital teams since 2014.
We believe our work should always make a remarkable impact for our clients. We do this through our regional offices (or ‘Clubs’) building strong relationships with our partners, so that they are always prioritised by a team within close proximity.
This unique model has driven success for our clients and ourselves, evidenced by our remarkable organic growth since 2014. Today we number more than 1,300 people with Clubs all over the UK, Europe and the USA with plans for global expansion in the next couple of years.
Join us - and help us fulfil our mission to close the world’s digital skills gap.
We’re looking for a high-performing Product / Business Analyst to join a critical 10-week digital commerce and platform discovery engagement for a major European financial and commodity market-data services client.
The client’s commercial sales operations are currently slowed by legacy system constraints and highly manual order-to-activation processes. You’ll work closely with our Engagement Lead and Lead Solutions Architect to understand the current landscape, define future-state requirements and help shape the platform strategy ahead of an executive decision in Week 6.
What you’ll do
- Map and analyse the current end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) journey, identifying manual processes and workarounds across Salesforce, legacy ERPs and internal databases.
- Facilitate workshops with Sales, Finance, Operations and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
- Map technical and operational dependencies, including customer data, contracts, subscriptions and system integrations.
- Design future-state B2B digital customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve the purchase and activation experience.
- Develop and prioritise a comprehensive To-Be Capability Model, distinguishing between out-of-the-box, configurable and custom capabilities.
- Evaluate platform strategies across Buy, Evolve and Composed architecture options, contributing to a 5-year Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) business case.
- Define functional and operational requirements for automated entitlement and access provisioning following payment.
- Translate the target state into a prioritised implementation roadmap, including scoping and costing the initial MVP.
- Work collaboratively with the Engagement Lead and Lead Solutions Architect to support key executive-level decision making.
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Product Manager in an agile B2B environment.
- Strong experience across B2B e-commerce, subscription management, billing platforms and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience with platforms such as Stripe, Chargebee or similar is highly desirable.
- Exceptional workshop facilitation skills, with experience bringing together Sales, Finance, Operations and IT stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-starting approach, with the ability to use existing documentation to prepare process maps, user flows and requirements ahead of workshops.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, secure trust boundaries and basic database structures.
- Experience with collaborative tools such as Miro.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex business needs into clear requirements and recommendations.
- Fluent English is essential; Dutch is a strong advantage but not essential.
- Comfortable working in Amsterdam with potential travel to Paris up to 3 times during the engagement.
