Join our Order Entry and Order Validation Lab in Warsaw, where you’ll collaborate across borders, tackle exciting challenges, and help shape the future of Medtronic’s operations. This role offers you the autonomy to innovate and grow your career while contributing to our mission of engineering the extraordinary.

Primary responsibilities

• Manage and continually optimize the order entry process
• Prepare reports and trend analyses to recommend process and tool enhancements
• Organize and participate in regular and ad hoc meetings to present results and monitor action plans
• Collaborate with vendor to optimize performance and ensure top-quality customer service
• Work with diverse stakeholders to identify and implement innovations
• Seek best practices and synergies across Western European markets
• Document and communicate process changes, participate in transition and standardization initiatives.

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with transformation initiatives.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and drive improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
• Proactive, adaptable, and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and deliver results.

Preffered qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification/experience.
• Proficiency in other European languages (with French, German or Italian strongly preferred).
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
• Prior exposure to senior management communication.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Poland: 112,000.00 PLN - 168,000.00 PLN | 

 

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
