Job Description:

•Prepare  amendments form and verify the accuracy of supporting documents for submission to TG public warehouse and the Customs Department.

•Representing the company in handling customs amendment procedures with TG public warehouse & Customs officials.

•Provide a professional and accurate explanation to customs officials on reason for amend.

•Perform the payment of fine charge for amend to Customs and amendment fee to TG public warehouse.

•Coordinate with the Compiler and Rater team to update amend status or update additional required from Customs (if have)

•Update status in comment F9 and Work Portal including amendment charge for call-out team send payment notification to customer.

•Create LOG report and LOG payment send to F&A team.

•Strictly adhere to company regulations and customs regulations.
