Jigsaw Insurance part of PIB Group

Jigsaw Insurance who specialises in both Motor and Pet insurance are growing and looking for a Nights Breakdown Claims Handler to join their team. The role sits within the motor insurance division where insurance is offered for private cars, as well as cover for classic and vintage private and commercial vehicles.

The role involves answering inbound calls from customers wishing to make a claim on their policy whilst dealing with customers who are in a variety of different situations; ranging from vehicles that won't start at a home address, through to roadside breakdowns or road traffic accidents.

This is a night-shift role, with vacancies available across two different shift patterns, as outlined below. Please note that flexibility around these hours may be required:

• Wednesday, 9:00 pm-7:00 am; Thursday and Friday, 8:30 pm-7:00 am; and Saturday, 8:30 pm-5:00 am
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 pm-5:00 am, Monday 7:00 pm-4:30 am.

The role is a remote position and attracts a starting salary of £26,650.00.

What you’ll be doing:

• Being the first port of contact for customers who have broken down or those who are looking to make/discuss a claim.
• Offer verbal support and advice to customers regarding their breakdown or motor incident
• Liaise with our nationwide network of recovery agents, and colleagues from other departments within the business.
• Adhere to great levels of customer service to ensure the customers safety and well-being are met at the end of each call.
