OBDeleven is all about making car tech easy and accessible for everyone. For over 12 years, we've been building powerful yet simple diagnostic and customization tools for car enthusiasts worldwide.

As our creative team grows into an in-house media studio, we're looking for a Brand Video Creator who will take ownership of our brand and employer branding video content, bringing our products, cars and people to life through high-quality visual storytelling.

This is not just a camera-and-editing role. You'll be our go-to person for hero content, from cinematic car shoots and product campaigns to brand films and stories about our team. Video will be at the core of your work, but you'll also have opportunities to explore photography and shape the overall visual identity of our content. You'll have the creative freedom, equipment and team support to turn ideas into productions that make an impact.

You'll report to the Creative Lead and work closely with our Creative Production & Operations Manager, who will help coordinate the logistics so you can focus on creating great work.

What you'll do

• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality automotive content, including rolling shots, cinematic details, garage scenes and on-location productions.
• Create campaign films, product launch videos and hero content for advertising, YouTube and our website.
• Produce employer branding content, including recruitment videos, team stories, culture pieces and employee portraits.
• Take ownership of the visual quality of your productions, from lighting and framing to color grading and final editing.
• Adapt video productions for different platforms and formats, from cinematic 16:9 films to vertical social media edits.
• Take photos when needed, including team portraits, merchandise, products and cars.
• Build reusable video templates and maintain our footage library, editing presets and production equipment.
• Bring your own creative ideas and visual approaches, not just execute briefs.
• Travel for shoots and events, both locally and abroad.

What we expect from you

• 4+ years of experience in videography, filmmaking or commercial video production.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video work. Experience with automotive, product or commercial productions is a big plus.
• Strong camera operation, lighting and composition skills, both in studio and on location.
• Solid video editing skills, including color grading and sound design.
• Experience working with gimbals and sliders.
• Good photography skills, especially for portraits, products and automotive subjects.
• Creativity and a good eye for visual storytelling, with the ability to turn a brief or idea into an engaging visual concept.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve and speed up your creative workflow.
• Curiosity about cars and automotive culture, with a willingness to learn more about the technology and products behind them.
• Professional fluency in Lithuanian and strong English.

Bonus points:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Drone operation skills.
• Experience with car-to-car filming and more advanced automotive production techniques.

Salary range   
Gross salary in a range: 2400 - 4000€ / month (depends on your experience)
