About this Brand & Conversion Creative Lead | Part-Time to Full-Time | LATAM Only | 82014 role at Remote Talent LATAM
About Us
Remote Talent LATAM connects talented professionals across Latin America with growing companies in the U.S. and other international markets. We help professionals find long-term remote opportunities where they can grow their careers while making a meaningful impact on the teams they join.
About the Client
Our client is a family-owned food brand serving the US market, specializing in better-for-you, high-fiber, low-calorie alternatives to everyday favorites. Its product line includes signature high-fiber pasta, mac & cheese, crackers, and flour, combining innovative food formulations with the taste and experience consumers love.
With Amazon as its primary sales channel, the company is currently undergoing a comprehensive brand refresh, including new packaging, a redesigned direct-to-consumer website, and expanded marketing initiatives.
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Brand & Conversion Creative Lead to shape the brand's messaging, creative direction, and customer experience across multiple channels.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn brand positioning into compelling messaging and high-converting creative. You will lead copywriting, develop website and conversion strategies, and collaborate closely with an in-house graphic designer to bring creative concepts to life.
Rather than producing every visual asset yourself, you'll be responsible for setting the creative vision, providing clear direction, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
The position starts at 15–25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time creative leadership role as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Website & Conversion Strategy: Lead messaging and content structure for the new website, landing pages, and product pages, creating persuasive copy that communicates product benefits and drives conversions.
- Creative Direction: Develop creative briefs, wireframes, visual references, and actionable feedback to guide the in-house graphic designer.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across digital platforms, packaging, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints.
- Amazon Content Optimization: Collaborate with the Amazon agency to improve product listings, A+ content, and Brand Store messaging.
- Cross-Channel Content: Review social media content, develop email campaign concepts and copy, and support retail and wholesale marketing collateral.
- Future Creative Initiatives: Develop creative concepts, messaging angles, and scripts for future paid advertising campaigns and new product launches.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in brand messaging, copywriting, creative strategy, or creative direction for consumer-facing brands.
- Experience working with US-based DTC, food, beverage, wellness, or CPG brands.
- Strong copywriting and conversion optimization skills, with experience developing website, landing page, and product copy.
- Proven ability to brief, direct, and provide constructive feedback to graphic designers and other creative professionals.
- Near-native US English proficiency, with an excellent understanding of American consumer culture, conversational language, and purchase psychology.
- Familiarity with Figma, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing relevant brand, copywriting, and conversion-focused work.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, and product listing optimization.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and email marketing campaigns.
- Experience in packaging development, retail collateral, or product launches.
- Experience concepting creative for paid social campaigns, including static and video ads.
Benefits
- Location: Remote (Latin America).
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week (3–5 hours per day).
- Availability: Must overlap with US Eastern business hours, with mandatory availability from 1:00–3:00 PM ET. Additional hours should preferably overlap with Eastern business hours.
- Compensation: Starting at $2,500 USD/month, with flexibility to offer higher compensation depending on experience and qualifications.
