Drives collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of enablement initiatives. Monitors data, performance metrics, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Guides resolution of operational issues related to enablement processes and materials. Optimizes workflows and processes to improve efficiency and consistency in enablement delivery. Leads and supports team members to ensure effective execution and capability development.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, commercial strategy, revenue operations, or a related field required. Less than 2 years of experience in a management capacity preferred. Certification in sales enablement, program management, business analysis, digital marketing or equivalent preferred.
