Sila Services in Stoneham is looking for an experienced Boiler Installer to join our team. If you know your way around residential heating systems, take pride in clean, quality installs, and want to work for a company that will invest in you, this could be a great fit. 

We’re looking for someone who can confidently install and replace residential boilers and related heating equipment while providing great experiences for our customers. 

What You’ll Do 

• Install and replace residential gas and oil boilers  

• Install high-efficiency and conventional boiler systems  

• Complete boiler changeouts and system upgrades  

• Work with hydronic heating systems, pumps, piping, controls and related components  

• Install and connect heating equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codes  

• Perform start-ups and make sure systems are operating properly before leaving the home  

• Troubleshoot installation issues when needed  

• Explain the new system and its operation to homeowners  

• Complete paperwork and job documentation accurately  

• Keep your work area and company vehicle organized  

• Work closely with our install and service teams to make sure every job is completed the right way  

What We’re Looking For 

• 3+ years of residential HVAC/heating installation experience preferred  

• Strong boiler installation experience is required  

• Experience with gas and/or oil-fired boilers  

• Comfortable with hydronic piping and heating systems  

• Ability to read installation manuals, diagrams and specifications  

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills  

• EPA 608 certification preferred  

• Massachusetts licenses/certifications applicable to the work are a plus  

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record  

• Comfortable working directly with homeowners  

• Dependable, organized and able to work independently  

• Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to continue learning
