The BI Reporting Manager - Sales Operations, owns the analytical backbone of the Commercial Operations function – turning data into the reporting, forecasts and incentive calculations that drive commercial decisions across the team.

This role sits within Sales Operations and works closely with regional Sales, finance, and the wider commercial leadership to keep pipeline, forecasting and incentive data accurate, timely and decision ready.

What you will do 

Data Analysis & Business Reporting

  • Build and maintain business health reports covering pipeline, revenue and sales performance across regions.
  • Consolidate data from multiple reporting platforms into a single, reliable source of truth.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Power BI and Excel for leadership and regional teams.
  • Crunch large, multi-source datasets to surface trends, risks and opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools to speed up data preparation, reporting and analysis.
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting and monitor business health trends on a regular basis.
  • Interact with clients/ MNOs on data reconciliation and revenue share reporting, responding promptly to queries from clients and the commercial team.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration across regional Commercial, finance, risk, BI and pre-sales.

Forecasting & Budgeting Support

  • Prepare and maintain monthly forecasting data source and consolidated supporting reports.
  • Support the annual and in-year budgeting and forecasting process with data, templates and analysis.
  • Track forecast accuracy over time and flag variances to Sales Operations leadership

Sales Incentive Programs

  • Execute Sales Incentive Program calculations accurately and on schedule each cycle.
  • Maintain SIP attainment tracking and resolve points or payout corrections.
  • Partner with Sales Operations leadership to ensure incentive reporting aligns with plan rules and commercial targets.

What you will bring

Technical Skills

  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and large-dataset handling.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboard and report design.
  • Comfortable handling and reconciling data across multiple reporting platforms.
  • Confident using AI tools to support data crunching and reporting workflows.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems such as Zoho / Salesforce is a plus.

Core Skills

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear commercial insight.
  • Sound decision-making under time pressure and with large data sets. 
  • Disciplined, consistent approach to business health reporting and deadlines.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in telecoms or fintech businesses is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles in a commercial or sales operations function.
