The Opportunity

As a Sales Support Associate, you'll take ownership of the operational backbone that keeps our LAC business moving, turning complex, cross-functional demands into clear execution. You'll sharpen your ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities. What You Will Contribute

• Support the operational needs of LAC teams, following and driving adoption of established global processes.
• Partner with internal FICO teams — Sales, Pre-Sales, CSM, Support, Product, Finance, and Accounting — as well as international cross-functional teams across different time zones, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, from senior executives to sales support teams, to gather information and support alignment across teams.
• Create and review presentations and documents.
• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Help coordinate and control internal corporate events and manage vendors.

What We´re Seeking

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, business operations, administrative support, or related areas
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a related field, or equivalent education/experience

• Native or highly proficient Portuguese; strong written and verbal English required; Spanish a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through content development and presentation

• Excellent organizational skills, with strong prioritization and flexibility to manage multiple tasks amid shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated, curious, and current on technology trends, with a strong desire to learn and grow

• Enjoys working cross-functionally as part of a broader team
• Proven problem-solving skills, with examples of creative, innovative solutions to business challenges

• Proven ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, statements, and inventories accurately and with strong attention to detail, using tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI
• Strong internet research skills and practical knowledge of AI tools to support research and vendor sourcing

• Experience organizing and executing internal corporate events, including timeline tracking, vendor management, logistics, venue/catering coordination, participant tracking, and on-site support
