Your work will include maintaining and enhancing Tableau dashboards, improving data sources and models, and helping stakeholders translate business questions into scalable BI solutions.

You’re welcome to work in our offices in Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities will include:

We expect you to have:

  • Strong Tableau experience with the ability to design complex dashboards that support business decision-making.

  • Strong data visualization skills and knowledge of best practices for communicating insights through dashboards.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • High attention to detail and strong focus on data quality and metric consistency.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain analytical insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Working knowledge of spoken and written English

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Experience working with HR or Finance data (headcount, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, P&L, etc.).
