Job Summary
This Position Is Responsible For Ensuring Groups, Benefits & Eligibility Information Is Loaded To Applicable Systems In A Timely And Accurate Manner, And For Ensuring That Group/Member Information Is Available By Contract Effective Date In Order To Support Claim And Customer Service Processes Drafting Account-Specific Documents For New And Renewing Major And/Or National Accounts Using The Masters As A Base.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree and 2 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience OR 6 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience.
- Business systems experience. Knowledge at an application level with various DN corporate systems applications (Genelco, CaseTrack, Salesforce, DocGen/P&C, etc.)
- Knowledge of Healthcare/Dental/Life or Disability insurance terminology.
- Knowledge of HCSC, Dearborn Group, business processes and customers.
- Organizational and Analytical skills.
- Experience with business requirements development for new systems and process, and changes to existing systems and processes.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience meeting deadlines. Experience working independently and in a team setting with the planning, design and execution of assigned projects.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and flexible.
- PC proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other Office 365 products.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- LOMA certification.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$38,100.00 - $80,000.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
