What can you expect?
As a Communication Intern, you will engage in a variety of tasks and projects that will stretch your skills and broaden your understanding of internal communication. Here is what you will be doing:

Projects and Employee Engagement:
You support internal projects and campaigns, such as the launch of new tools, internal events or employee engagement initiatives.
- Content Creation:
You contribute to the creation of content for internal communication channels (presentations, visuals, newsletters, ...).
- Copy Writing:
You support with the writing of the weekly company update, the newsletters and internal mails.
- Analysing and improving:
You help monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication and translate insights into improvement proposals.
- General Support:
You actively contribute to the team by sharing ideas and supporting ad-hoc communication initiatives and projects.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Given the close partnership between Communications and HR, there may occasionally be opportunities to support the HR team, particularly within Talent Acquisition, through recruitment-related activities and projects.
Depending on your talents and interests, we can obviously focus more on certain communication topics or projects.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern, who is not only eager to learn but more important has a lot of gusto to go for it with us because our Communication ambitions are sky-high. We think our perfect intern has the following qualities but correct us if you think we are wrong 😉 We are very open-minded.

Education:You are pursuing a degree in Communication or a related field of study.
- Experience:
Previous internship experiences are a nice plus, but not a must-have.
- Languages:
You are proficient in English and Dutch, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strengths:
You are known for your accuracy, your creativity, and the positive energy you bring to the team. You are a teamplayer, but you can also work well independently.

Expertise:You have a strong interest in internal communication and employee branding, and you know your way around Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
