Join us as an Intern in Compliance department!

As a Compliance Intern, you will join the BBH Compliance Team in Krakow and work closely with colleagues in Krakow and Zurich as part of the Investor Services Compliance Team. This is an opportunity to learn how Compliance works in the financial services industry and gain practical experience in a professional environment. You will support the team with day-to-day activities, documentation, reporting, training, and other Compliance-related tasks.

The scope of your responsibilities:
- Supporting Compliance documentation - help the team keep Compliance policies, procedures, and other documents up to date and well organized.
- Supporting Compliance training - help with onboarding and Compliance training sessions. You may also assist in preparing training materials and keep training records up to date.
- Helping with Compliance questions and research - support the team with day-to-day Compliance questions and research. You will gradually learn about topics such as Personal Trading, Conflicts of Interest, and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC).
- Working on daily Compliance activities - help review employee disclosures and Personal Trading requests, and assist with tracking and documenting potential Compliance issues.
- Assisting with Compliance monitoring and reporting - help the team with regular Compliance checks, prepare and organize information for reports, and support simple analysis and automation tasks.


Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English (minimum B2)
• A creative mindset combined with strong analytical and communication skills
• A student of minimum III year (end/or in the middle of III year)
• A team player with a proactive attitude and motivation to learn and grow
• Strong organizational skills and confidence in managing tasks and priorities
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week (Monday–Friday, between 8:00–18:00)
• Solid MS Excel skills
