IBMC is assisting a premier beach club and lifestyle venue in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, world-class hospitality, and stunning coastal views, our client offers an exceptional dining and beverage experience for local and international guests. We are seeking creative, passionate, and skilled Bartenders to join our dynamic bar team.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue recipes and presentation standards. You will deliver engaging hospitality at the bar counter, maintain impeccable cleanliness, manage bar mise en place, and enforce responsible alcohol service. The ideal candidate combines mixology knowledge with speed, precision, and strong English communication skills for a fast-paced beach club environment.

Working Location & Relocation Terms

• Location: On-site in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (Beach Club Venue).
• Relocation Policy: Open to candidates based in Lombok or those willing to relocate. Please note that accommodation, flight, and relocation allowances are NOT provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Craft and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, mocktails, beers, and wines efficiently following exact recipe specifications and portion controls.
• Bar Service & Hospitality: Provide engaging, friendly, and professional service to guests sitting at the bar counter or ordering through floor servers.
• Mise en Place & Setup: Prepare garnishes, fresh juices, syrups, ice, glassware, and station tools before and during shift hours.
• Stock & Inventory Control: Monitor bar stock levels, log breakage/spillages, and report replenishment needs to the Bar Manager.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization across all bar stations, speed rails, blenders, and refrigeration units.
• Responsible Alcohol Service: Monitor guest intoxication levels, follow safety protocols, and practice responsible service of alcohol.
• Till & Order Processing: Process beverage orders via POS, handle cash/card payments accurately, and maintain close communication with floor servers and runners.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume beach club, hotel bar, cocktail lounge, or high-end restaurant.
• Mixology Knowledge: Solid understanding of classic cocktail recipes, spirit categories, pouring techniques, garnishing standards, and bar equipment operation.
• Language Skills: Conversational fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory for guest interaction and taking orders at the bar counter).
• Speed & Accuracy: Proven ability to maintain beverage consistency, portion accuracy, and cleanliness during high-volume peak rushes.
• Attitude: High energy, team-oriented, neat grooming, punctual, and passionate about beverage culture.
• Location/Relocation: Based in Lombok OR fully willing to relocate to Lombok independently (without relocation allowance).
