Your Role at Tommy Gun's
As part of our Rochdale team, you'll:
- Provide professional men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
- Consult with guests to understand their styling preferences
- Create a friendly, welcoming experience for every guest
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and grooming products
- Work closely with teammates to keep the shop running efficiently
- Build lasting guest relationships through excellent service
What We're Looking For
We're interested in Barbers and Hairstylists who have:
- Journeyperson certification or relevant professional hairstyling credentials
- Previous barbering or hairstyling experience
- Strong men's cutting and grooming skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
