Job Title: Barback

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Barback to support our bartending team. The Barback will assist in maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized bar area to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:  
- Stock and restock bar supplies, including bottles, garnishes, glassware, and utensils.  
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks as needed.  
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and surfaces.  
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supplies that need reordering.  
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.  
- Support in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts.  
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.  
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and answering questions when necessary.  
- Handle waste disposal and ensure a tidy work environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a barback, barista, or similar role preferred but not required.  
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills.  
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.  
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.  
- Knowledge of basic alcohol and beverage service is a plus.  
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.).

Working Conditions:  
- This position requires standing for long periods and working evenings, weekends, and holidays.  
- Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
