PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a joint-venture insurance company and a part of FWD Group, previously known as PT Commonwealth Life, has successfully merged with PT FWD Life Indonesia (“FWD Life”) as of 1 December 2020 and will be known as FWD Insurance.

Lead the development and execution of bancassurance business strategies to drive sustainable growth, strengthen strategic banking partnerships, expand distribution capabilities, identify new business opportunities, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the bancassurance business. The role is responsible for strategic planning, business development initiatives, partnership management, performance monitoring, and cross-functional project execution to support the company's growth objectives.

The AVP, Bancassurance Business Strategy & Development serves as the strategic right-hand person to the Head of Bancassurance Business & Services, responsible for driving growth initiatives, partnership strategy, business transformation, and executive-level performance management across all bancassurance partnerships. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future growth agenda for current partners and future strategic alliances.

• Business Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement bancassurance growth strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Formulate annual business plans, partnership strategies, and sales initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution expansion opportunities.
• Conduct competitive analysis and recommend strategies to improve market positioning.
• Support management in setting strategic priorities, business targets, and growth roadmaps.
• Portfolio & Performance Management

• Monitor partnership performance against business targets and KPIs.

• Analyze sales productivity, activation rates, customer penetration, and profitability metrics.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and business review materials.
• Recommend strategic actions to improve sales performance and partner engagement.
• Track market trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Product & Customer Strategy

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop customer-centric insurance solutions.

• Identify customer needs across Affluent, High Net Worth, SME, and Retail segments.
• Recommend product strategies to improve competitiveness and market relevance.
• Support product launch initiatives and go-to-market strategies with banking partners.
• Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Engage senior management of partner banks to support strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and business reviews.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, proposals, and management papers.
