The Retailer Support Front of House Specialist establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal/external people to help keep businesses running smoothly. The position coordinates with Customer Service staff, Operations, Suppliers and Sales Managers seeking to provide solutions to our retailer’s enquiries and requests.

Responsibilities:

ü  Promptly responding to customers and company staff’s queries via email.

ü  Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.

ü  Liaising with colleagues or Team Leaders to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.

ü  Identifying common problems and escalating them to Leadership, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.

ü  Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.

ü  Respecting client confidentiality at all times.

ü  Reviewing knowledge base of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.

ü  Performs other related duties as assigned.

·         Ability to work under pressure, to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines.

·         Customer Service experience is a must.

·         Ability to interact with all levels of employees within the Company.

·         Ability to quickly learn new processes.

·         Intermediate Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office knowledge.

·         Proficient in English.

Job Dynamics

§  On-Site Only

§  Night shift schedule required from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am (1 hr. earlier during daylight saving Australia) - 39 hours a week)

§  Back-office work

§  Days off: Friday & Saturday

§  1 Short Day – Early leave
