About this B2B Marketing Lead role at Wispr Flow
About Wispr
Wispr is an AI research and product company building the voice interface for computing. AI can now reason, code, and act. Yet, humans still do the work of the interface. We think that’s backwards.
Our first products are Flow, which lets you speak naturally in any application, and Notetaker, which builds context across conversations. We’re building toward an interface that can perceive, understand, and take action with earned trust. That means solving hard problems across models, systems, and product - and caring about the final human experience as deeply as the technology underneath it.
We’re a talent-dense team that holds strong opinions, tests them quickly, and builds technology that sparks joy. Our goal is to build the first voice interface used every day by a billion people.
Why this role exists
Wispr Flow has strong product-market fit in the consumer and prosumer segments and a powerful bottom-up adoption engine. The next growth unlock is converting that organic usage into enterprise pipeline and revenue.
This is Wispr's first dedicated B2B growth operator. You'll build the B2B marketing function from zero, initially as a team of one, connecting product usage signals to revenue and creating the systems and content that turn individual Wispr Flow users inside companies into paid team and enterprise accounts.
You'll own the entire B2B marketing surface area and act as the bridge between product-led growth and sales-assisted revenue, operating at the intersection of customer insight, content strategy, demand generation, and conversion optimization.
What you'll do
1. Own the B2B web experience and conversion infrastructure
Revamp B2B landing pages and site architecture. Audit and rebuild our enterprise-facing web presence with use-case pages segmented by team (sales, legal, engineering, executive), company size, and industry. Each page gets its own conversion path and messaging tailored to the buyer's context.
Build ROI calculators and value-proof tools. Create interactive tools that let prospects quantify the productivity gains of voice-first workflows, grounded in real customer data rather than theoretical estimates.
Optimize conversion paths end to end. From first visit to demo request to closed deal, own the marketing side of the funnel and run continuous experiments on copy, layout, social proof, and CTAs.
Improve lifecycle communications. Review and upgrade all onboarding and education comms.
2. Drive the case study and proof engine
Build a repeatable case study pipeline. Identify the 10–15 highest-signal customer stories and develop a standard capture framework: problem, workflow change, quantified outcome. Own the process end to end, including customer recruitment, interviews, drafting, and approval, and deliver polished briefs to the content team for production.
Create segment-specific proof assets. Go beyond generic testimonials. Build proof kits for each ICP segment (startup CTO, legal ops director, enterprise IT buyer, individual knowledge worker advocating internally), each with a case study, quote card, data point, and competitive positioning hook.
3. Own B2B content strategy and thought leadership
Develop the B2B editorial calendar. Identify gaps in our current online presence and map content to the buyer journey: awareness (thought leadership on voice-first productivity), consideration (comparison guides, ROI frameworks), and decision (case studies, security and compliance docs, implementation guides).
Create sales enablement content. Battle cards, competitive one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and executive pitch decks the sales team actually uses. Precision and usefulness over volume.
4. Support B2B paid and ABM
Own the B2B ads playbook. Set creative direction, audience strategy, and performance improvement for LinkedIn and other B2B paid channels. Provide the copy, messaging, and targeting input the paid team executes against.
Build marketing on top of PLG signals. Partner with the AE team to identify high-value accounts from product usage data, then layer on targeted marketing: custom landing pages, executive gifting, event invitations. Marry bottom-up adoption with top-down engagement.
Prove ROI. Set up multi-touch attribution for B2B marketing spend and show pipeline influence and contribution to closed revenue, not just lead volume.
5. Leverage the PQA engine (owned by the AE team)
Use the Product Qualified Account model. Work with the AE team to identify usage signals (active users per company domain, dictation volume, feature adoption, team invites) that predict enterprise buying readiness, and use their scoring system to prioritize focus.
Automate insight extraction from Gong, support, and product data. Build or commission systems that surface patterns: which objections come up, which use cases close fastest, and the language customers use to describe value. Feed these insights into every downstream asset.
Close the loop between product usage and marketing. Instrument the journey from free user to team adoption to enterprise deal, and feed learnings back to product and sales weekly.
