B2B Account Manager – Strategic Verticals
Location: Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City
The Role:
The Key Account Manager – Strategic Verticals will be responsible for driving the growth of Logitech’s Teams and Personal Workspace business in Vietnam.
This role will develop Logitech’s presence across strategic verticals by winning new customer logos, expanding existing accounts and building an effective ecosystem of channel partners serving these verticals.
You will engage directly with decision-makers, influencers and customer champions to understand their business priorities, pain points, purchasing criteria, and decision-making processes. You will translate these insights into relevant Logitech solutions that deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
You will own an assigned sales quota and be accountable for maintaining a strong and accurate pipeline to meet or exceed your targets.
Mandatory Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have at least 7 years of direct account management experience across multiple verticals, including Public Sector, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Manufacturing, Education or Healthcare. Candidates must also have experience recruiting and working directly with relevant channel partners serving these verticals. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow Logitech’s business across assigned strategic verticals in Vietnam, developing strategic accounts and winning new customer logos.
- Develop vertical sales strategies and strategic account plans based on industry priorities, customer requirements, stakeholder structures and purchasing processes.
- Drive business growth through a combination of direct sales activities and relevant channel partners servicing these sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement authorities, decision-makers, consultants and customers.
- Recruit and develop relevant channel partners with the capabilities, relationships and market coverage required to serve the assigned verticals.
- Understand customer pain points and decision criteria, translating technical product information into relevant, business-focused value propositions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, hands-on demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
- Identify and manage RFP, RFQ, ITQ, and tender opportunities, including qualification, bid strategy, response coordination, submission and post-bid follow-up.
- Take a resourceful approach to uncovering new business opportunities by leveraging market intelligence, procurement pipelines, customer buying patterns, framework agreements, and competitive insights.
- Coordinate with Inside Sales, Sales Engineering, Channels, Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product to deliver high-quality customer and tender responses.
- Maintain accurate account, opportunity, pipeline, and forecast information in Salesforce, ensuring sufficient pipeline coverage to meet or exceed quota.
- Ensure compliance with procurement requirements, contractual obligations, and Logitech governance policies.
- Represent Logitech at relevant industry events, customer engagements, partner forums, and procurement discussions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales, tender and procurement processes across Public Sector, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Manufacturing, Education or Healthcare.
- Experience managing complex accounts and extended sales cycles involving multiple business, technical, procurement and executive stakeholders.
- Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, ITQs or formal tenders.
- Strong knowledge of the channel ecosystem serving the specified verticals, including distributors, resellers, system integrators and strategic partners
- Familiarity with Unified Communications and Collaboration, Personal Workspace solutions and enterprise-grade hardware, software, or cloud services.
- Experience conducting hands-on solution demonstrations and executing successful proofs of concept.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing and closing skills.
