🚀 Hiring: Azure Red Hat OpenShift / Linux Engineer (5-10 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor across OpenShift, Red Hat administration, and security.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex issues through telemetry, log analysis, and root-cause investigations.
• Develop remediation recommendations based on technical findings and business impact.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption activities, and service lifecycle management.

Mandatory Qualifications

✅ 5-10 years of experience in Linux, container platforms, cloud infrastructure, or related technologies.

✅ Advanced English communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.

✅ Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.

✅ Proven experience delivering technical training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.

✅ Hands-on expertise in:

• Red Hat OpenShift
• Kubernetes
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Containers
• Docker
• Helm
• CI/CD
• Networking
• Monitoring
• Automation

✅ Experience with Linux administration and containerized environments.

✅ Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Knowledge of Azure infrastructure.

⭐ Understanding of identity, security, governance, and automation concepts.

⭐ Experience working with CI/CD processes and deployment automation.

⭐ Experience collaborating with engineering, delivery, and security teams.
