Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps & Cloud Data Platform Engineer to join our growing Data & Analytics Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, automating, and supporting enterprise-grade cloud and data platform solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and data platform engineering, helping build scalable, secure, and reliable solutions on Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a platform mindset and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges through automation and modern cloud technologies.

Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Data Engineers, and Platform Teams, you will play a key role in driving platform modernization, operational excellence, and continuous delivery practices across the Azure ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines to automate cloud provisioning and application delivery.
• Develop automation and platform services using Python, while supporting data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Architects, Security teams, and Product Owners, to deliver enterprise data platform capabilities.
• Drive platform governance, monitoring, reliability, troubleshooting, and DevOps best practices, while mentoring team members and promoting continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Experience 8+ years
• Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar cloud infrastructure role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services, including cloud-native application and platform deployments.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated provisioning and environment management.
• Extensive experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps processes using Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation, with experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud and data platform environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and modern cloud-based data platform ecosystems.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery frameworks, collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, compliance, scalability, and operational best practices.
• Experience supporting and optimizing large-scale enterprise cloud and data platforms with high availability requirements.
• Knowledge of platform monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement practices.
