As an Azure Databricks+Guidewire Manager you will lead client support data engineering work centered on designing and building data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach colleagues, manage performance, and apply independent judgment to complex work while balancing project timelines, quality, and client needs. In this role at PwC, you will guide workstreams that use Azure Databricks and Guidewire capabilities to turn raw data into usable insights, support delivery planning, and help advance data platforms that improve decision-making and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Leading Azure Databricks and Guidewire data engineering workstreams for client delivery
- Managing project planning, budgeting, timelines, and execution across multiple data modernization efforts
- Guiding teams in designing cloud data platforms, integration patterns, and transformation pipelines
- Supervising development of data lake, data warehouse, and ETL solutions across Azure environments
- Reviewing data architecture, modeling, validation, and performance tuning activities for accuracy and scalability
- Coaching team members on Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and data engineering delivery methods
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data solutions
- Identifying opportunities to modernize legacy data environments and improve data quality and usability

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating Azure Databricks and Guidewire implementation experience
- Leading data modernization workstreams across cloud platforms

- Applying data engineering, ETL, and data integration skills
