As an Azure AI Engineer - Senior Associate, you will leverage your technical skills to design, code, and test innovative software applications that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work.

Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to streamline software development processes
- Implementing API Management and Microservices to improve application integration and scalability
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Leveraging programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to build robust applications
- Engaging in software troubleshooting and debugging to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Applying Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles to create scalable and maintainable software architectures
- Participating in quality assurance testing to validate software functionality and performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Must have expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Python, AKS, Copilot Studio, AI Search, Azure App Service, Azure Function
