Job Description

- Responsible for providing day-to-day client servicing and operational support to Corporate Banking and FIG clients across Transaction Banking products and services.

- The role serves as a key servicing contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing support for internet banking, cash management, account, payment and other transaction banking enquiries and service requests.

- The Service Advisor provides guidance on banking processes, coordinates with relevant internal teams to resolve issues, and ensures timely follow-up, updates and escalation where required.

- The role is focused on delivering a responsive, accurate and consistent client servicing experience, while maintaining appropriate operational controls and service standards.
