Job Description

1. Drive external and internal stakeholder engagement by developing content and execute programmes.

2. Support corporate function’s bank-wide internal sustainability engagement programs, events or communication editorials

3. Leads efforts to deepen awareness and understanding of sustainability, develop ESG capabilities and implement training programmes across the bank

4. Maintain and update internal and external sustainability communication channels and mediums

5. Partner with NGOs, associations and media platforms and drives engagement with them to grow brand positioning and thought leadership 

6. Support bank’s sustainability related CSR programs

7. Business management for Corporate Sustainability Office

8. Support all other corporate and support units on the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, governance process and initiatives to drive the achievement of corporate sustainability targets

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
3. Strong understanding of international sustainability frameworks and reporting standards.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
6. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proven track record of driving positive change and achieving measurable results in sustainability.
