Vergiate hosts Avionics (AWS) domain. The activity of AWS domain: front desk reparations for civil and military operators, support on the ground and in flight, technical support for A/C developers, operators and maintenance centers.

Senior Avionics Maintenance Technician (Electronical)


JOB OBJECTIVE
The Avionics Maintenance Technician at Thales Avionics Services Worldwide (Italy) will be responsible for carrying on the repair of avionics equipment respecting lead times, costs and quality expectations and grow into becoming Certifying Staff for Repair Activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Avionics Maintenance Technician at Thales will have for main missions:
To ensure the repair of mechanical and electronical equipment
To perform the inspections, the default investigations and the repairs of the equipment as per applicable
maintenance documentation
To ensure the repairs quality, lead time and costs
To prepare technical quotes & workshop reports
To ensure equipment conformity

To insure traceability of activities Within ERP (SAP R3)


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS


Qualifications: electronical diploma (“perito eletronico level”)
Experience: 5 years experience in the aeronautical domain
Other skills:
Languages: Italian (good talking, reading & writing), Technical English (able to read technical documentation and
to write technical shop reports), French (notions) is a plus
Previous Qualification as Certifying Staff in Civil (CIT C) is a plus
Team work & adaptability
Skills in electronical
Computer skills: office suite


Qualities: curious, autonomous, reactive, proactive, rigorous, able to synthetize and flexible
