Position Summary
1. Maximize revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market.2. Build a foundation for continued revenue and profit creation by identifying new opportunities and linking them to sales.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Sales target setting] Analyze and set the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business organization and encourage employee morale.
2. [Sales strategy setting] Design the optimal release plan and sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target using market, product, and competitor data analysis.
3. [New sales opportunity identification] Identify new sales opportunities and build the foundation for continued growth in revenue and profit.
4. [Sales organization design] Design sales organizations and workforce that will bring about the optimal synergy effect.
Skills and Qualifications
• Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
• Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
• May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing
• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
