Hall Toyota in Elizabeth City is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor/ Service Writer for our busy automotive service department. Prior automotive service writing experience is strongly preferred and CDK experience is a huge plus.

Summary:
Our automotive Service Advisor/ Service Writer greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs.

Automotive Service Advisor / ASM Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
- Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
- Address and resolve customer complaints

Autotmotive Service Advisor / ASM Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive service writing, preferred; CDK experience a plus
- Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals

- Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
