About the Department

At the Engineering Department, we aim to design, deliver, and deploy automation solutions that improve performance, efficiency, safety, and competitiveness across manufacturing operations.

Mission

In this role, you will:

  • Provide automation equipment and technical solutions to achieve project objectives with optimal performance and cost efficiency, in line with company standards

  • Lead feasibility studies and pre-study phases to identify and define the most effective technical solutions

  • Manage automation design and system integration, applying best practices and complying with internal and external standards

  • Ensure proper technical documentation and knowledge capitalization throughout the project lifecycle

  • Oversee project execution, including realization, installation, and commissioning of automation systems

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, IT/OT, suppliers, and external partners

Who We Are Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Automation, Control, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

  • Experience in Automation Design, System Integration, or Project Engineering (New graduates are welcome to apply)

  • Strong understanding of industrial automation project lifecycle

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and technical interfaces

  • Good communication skills in Thai and English

Preferred

  • Experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or others)
