As an Assurance - Financial Markets - Valuation (Private Equity & Private Credit) - Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide strategic guidance to optimize their financial performance. Within our Assurance practice, you will be part of a team that specializes in finance consulting, focusing on enhancing decision-making and achieving financial goals for our clients.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of your development, apply a learning mindset, and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions
- Supporting clients in optimizing financial performance and improving decision-making
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic insights
- Developing financial models and conducting financial statement analysis
- Preparing financial statements and confirming compliance with accounting standards
- Advising on financial strategy and portfolio optimization for private equity and private credit clients
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive client success
- Gathering information from diverse sources to discern patterns and inform recommendations
- Applying financial management and economic forecasting techniques to client projects
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulations and firm guidelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
