Role Overview:

Kepler is seeking an Associate Vice President Product Manager who combines strong product development skills with excellent communication abilities to join our team in revolutionizing the marketing ecosystem through our Kepler Intelligence Platform (Kip). You'll work with a strong technical team to build innovative products that solve complex problems, leveraging both traditional approaches and AI-powered solutions, while ensuring our solutions meet stakeholder needs and drive meaningful adoption across the organization.

This is a NYC or Philadelphia-based hybrid role. To support team alignment, we work in-office Tuesday–Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays

Responsabilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand their needs and gain buy-in for our solutions.
  • Translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives that demonstrate clear business value.
  • Oversee all stages of the product development lifecycle across your suite from beginning to end, delivering demonstrable, broad-scale impact to the company.
  • Transform business problems into effective AI prompts and workflows, while clearly communicating both capabilities and limitations to stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training materials that drive adoption.
  • Partner with our engineering team to ensure our technical solutions address real business needs.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the product development process.
  • Identify and remove barriers to adoption through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Develop communication strategies to highlight product wins and success stories.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years in product management with demonstrated success in shipping impactful products (experience working on internal products is a bonus).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Experience working with AI tools and understanding their practical limitations in business contexts.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable AI prompts and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to translate user needs into product requirements and technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing technology or advertising platforms.
  • Understanding of data analytics and marketing performance metrics.
  • Basic technical literacy with query languages (SQL) or programming languages.

We aim to offer competitive direct compensation and a rich indirect compensation program that demonstrates the value we place on our employees and their wellbeing.

Total Compensation:        

  • Base Salary: $185,000 - $195,000
  • Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 15% ($27,750 - $29,250)
  • Target Total Cash: $212,750 - $224,250
