About this Associate Software Application Engineer – Dynamics 365 Support role at Unisys
What success looks like in this role:
Join our Dynamics 365 Support team and help ensure the smooth operation of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-hosted applications. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is looking to build technical expertise in enterprise application support while working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for Dynamics 365 Commerce, CRM, and Case Management applications.
Investigate and resolve incidents using established SOPs and knowledge articles.
Manage and update tickets in ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool.
Collect logs, screenshots, and diagnostic information for troubleshooting and escalations.
Support application validation across Production, Test, and Acceptance environments.
Contribute to knowledge management by identifying documentation improvements.
Maintain clear communication through tickets, handovers, and status updates.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
1–2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (Commerce, CRM, or Case Management).
Exposure to Power Apps and basic understanding of Power BI.
Experience with incident management and ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.
Familiarity with Azure environments and support processes.
Experience using Confluence, Jira, or other knowledge management tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
ITIL v4 or v5 certification required.
