About this Associate/ Senior Associate Quality Operations (Contractor) role at Pfizer
Role Purpose
Support the delivery of Commercial Quality operational services through coordination, monitoring, reporting, process execution and quality system support activities. The role works across global stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of quality processes, data integrity, service continuity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Operations Support
- Support execution of Commercial Quality operational activities and services.
- Coordinate routine quality processes and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Monitor adherence to established procedures, timelines and service commitments.
- Assist in issue identification and escalation when required.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools.
- Analyze trends and performance indicators.
- Support preparation of governance materials and leadership reports.
- Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
Quality Systems & Compliance
- Support management of quality records and documentation.
- Assist with quality event, audit and CAPA tracking activities.
- Monitor action item completion and follow-up activities.
- Support inspection and audit readiness efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with global and market stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, communications and follow-up actions.
- Support implementation of process improvements and best practices.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation.
- Participate in improvement initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Business, Operations, Analytics or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience within Operations, Compliance, Quality, Reporting, Project Coordination, Transparency Reporting, Medical Operations, Commercial Operations or related areas.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
Preferred
- Experience with quality systems, audits, CAPA or compliance processes.
- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools.
- Exposure to global or regional operations.
