Associate Sales Executive II – Print Sales

Summary:  Prospects for new sales opportunities, develops pipeline & closes opportunities. May or may not execute renewal contracts. Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities and passes to appropriate resource.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Associate Sales Executive you will: 

  • This position promotes and sells products through outbound and inbound telephone calls to existing and potential customers. 
  • These roles also qualify leads through outbound telephone calls based on an established set of criteria to gain interest in purchasing a specific product(s).
  • Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist in trainings regarding effective delivery solutions
  • Achieve consistent sales over time, even in periods of change in consumer interest
  • Encourage teamwork within the sales team and be an example to other sales professionals
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
  • Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Lead change program initiatives
  • Support team members and business needs in manager’s absence

      Good understanding of roles of relevant functional groups in own area
      Suggests process improvement following investigative, analytic or diagnostic services
    • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
    • Minimum of 1 year of above-quota results in Global Print

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $75,600 USD - $140,400 USD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. Target total cash compensation ranges are inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
