The Associate Project Manager, Marketing Services supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects by ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are effectively managed. Working closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders, the role is responsible for project tracking, financial oversight, status reporting, and operational coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and program activities.
• Track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Prepare and distribute project status, financial, and progress reports.
• Coordinate meetings and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with project forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project governance standards.
• Act as a backup point of contact for project-related activities when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
