Job Responsibilities :

As the Product/Project Manager, you will oversee the strategic execution and commercial launch of a highly anticipated new title in Thailand, while driving its future expansion across the broader Southeast Asia (SEA) region. You will own the business case, launch planning, and live operations readiness, working closely with cross-functional teams and overseas developers to ensure seamless delivery. A critical mandate of this role is leveraging your deep understanding of the Esports ecosystem to plan and execute competitive gaming initiatives, elevate game operations, and establish a sustainable, highly engaged gaming community.

Key Responsibilities 

  • End-to-End Game Lifecycle: Oversee the entire launch and live operations of the new title in Thailand, and spearhead the strategic roadmap for expansion into other SEA markets. 

  • P&L & Commercial Ownership: Hold P&L responsibility; develop business forecasts, budget plans, and performance scenarios to ensure operational activities align with financial targets and business objectives. 

  • Esports & Community Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive Esports initiatives, tournament operations, and community competitions to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand positioning. 

  • Partnerships & Sponsorships: Identify and secure commercial partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that provide marketing co-funding or in-kind support for Esports activities. 

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Define key assumptions and monitor core game performance indicators (installs, DAU/MAU, CCU, retention, payer conversion, ARPU/ARPPU, revenue) to optimize outcomes. 

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage and align teams across Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Business Development, while maintaining close coordination with overseas developers. 

  • Integrated Planning: Manage the allocated marketing budget and execute an integrated product roadmap covering game readiness, localization, testing, creator partnerships, and post-launch support. 

 

Pre-Requisites :

Preferred Skills and Qualifications 

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Game Publishing, or Game Operations, with experience launching games in Thailand or Southeast Asia. 

  • Esports & Gaming Expertise: Deep, practical understanding of the Esports ecosystem, tournament formats, competitive gaming communities, and PC games. 

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of free-to-play (F2P) business models, game monetization, player lifecycle, and live service operations. 

  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to build P&L models, translate daily statistics into practical commercial recommendations, and make data-informed decisions. 

  • Leadership & Execution: Proactive, structured, and resourceful in solving problems; capable of managing cross-functional projects under changing priorities. 

  • Communication: Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to clearly articulate commercial proposals and product visions to management.
