About the Role

Wheely runs a high-frequency, luxury marketplace - precision isn't a goal here, it's the baseline. As Associate Operations Manager, you'll own the health of that marketplace in France, working directly alongside senior leadership on the problems that actually move the business: supply-demand balance, pricing, systemic efficiency.

This isn't a rotational programme. It's a seat at the table, from day one.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose the marketplace. Dig into the data, find the root cause of inefficiencies, and turn it into a recommendation sharp enough to act on.
• Pull the levers. Forecast what the market needs and deploy it - dynamic pricing, chauffeur incentives, configuration changes.
• Own it end to end. Launch, monitor, prove the impact, iterate. Delivery isn't the finish line - results are.
• Connect Ops and Product. Turn on-the-ground friction into technical requirements that make the platform better.
• Act as a Wheely’s representative. Be first point of contact for Wheely’s chauffeur and event partners to make sure the marketplace runs smoothly.

Requirements

• A recent graduate from a top French grande école, école d’ingénieur or university with a proven track record of problem solving (internships included). Strong first-principles thinker.
• Sharp analytically, genuinely curious about data — comfortable with SQL, or hungry to get there fast.
• Somebody who loves and cares to make things done and create lasting impact.
• Someone who turns ambiguity into structure, not stress.
• Clear communicator — you can make a complex argument land in one note.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Based in Paris, ability to work from the Paris Wheely Academy (9th arrondissement) 5 days a week.
