Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Perform market maker performance monitoring operations in the derivatives market including analysis and setup of Market Maker and Liquidity Provider incentive programs
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Development, Trading Operations and IT on market maker monitoring program-related initiatives
- Liaise with market makers regarding their market maker performance and handle client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar subject
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to derivatives operations
- Knowledge in securities with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland cash and derivatives markets
- Good team-player with can-do attitude, get along well with all stakeholders and willing to learn
- Strong organizational skills, task prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Sensitive to numbers with good analytical skill
- Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA is required; programming knowledge and/or Power BI experience would be an advantage
