岗位职责：

1. 支持首席知识产权顾问制定具有业务部门目标的知识产权战略，并实施该战略

2.就所有知识产权相关事务向业务部门管理层提供建议

3.为各部门制定和执行知识产权风险控制方法

4.处理常规知识产权事务，如专利起草、起诉、专利检索、经营自由和专利性分析等。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，工程或科学专业

2.必须持有专利代理师资格证书（或通过考试）

3.8年以上处理专利案件的丰富经验，熟练掌握专利起草、起诉、专利检索、自由操作和专利性分析

4.良好的分析能力和组织能力

5.英语熟练

6.有处理美国、欧洲和日本案件的经验者优先

7.有商标经验者优先

8.有公司工作经验和工程经验者优先
