JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience on the Microsoft 365 platform. The ideal candidate will participate in establishment of Governance for Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint and Power Platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in identity management, security management, conditional access, and other relevant features of Microsoft 365.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Develop and implement governance strategies for Microsoft 365 services, including MS SharePoint, and MS Power Platform
  • Document governance policies and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Implement controls to ensure alignment with defined governance policies.
  • Participate in any kind of end-user projects
  • Build SharePoint or power automate solution to serve business 
  • Participate in management of M365 tenant, including configuration changes, identities and access, conditional access policies, ...
  • Implement and manage access review processes to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
  • Ensure data and application security by implementing robust security policies.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize the adoption of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5 to 7 years of experience on the Microsoft 365 platform, with a specialization in governance and development.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 features such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • Comfortable with MS teams’ administration, including teams devices, shared Channel
  • Expertise in developing solutions on SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management on Microsoft 365.
  • Skills in O365 security management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

NONTECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Creative thinking, problem solving and decision making.  Proactive and self-starter.
  • Has high degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision.
  • Responds to and handles unfamiliar situations with little supervisory guidance.
  • Ability to solve problems that are complex, varied and only mildly related to those seen before.  Simply determining what the problem is requires major individual effort and/or consultation with others within the department.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Must have high proficiency in spoken and written English.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION’s

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Microsoft 365 certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus.
  • Proven experience SharePoint development
