Job Summary

Brio Homebuilder Solutions finances production homebuilders and residential developers nationwide. We specialize in revolving lines of credit and acquisition, development, and construction (ADC) facilities that enable the development, construction, and sale of new homes in major U.S. metropolitan markets. Our clients typically deliver 150 to 200 homes annually or more, ranging from regional builders to multi‑market operators. We also finance master‑planned communities and stand‑alone residential developments.

We are seeking a proactive Servicing & Operations Analyst to support the ongoing administration of residential A&D and homebuilder loan portfolios. The role will focus on portfolio servicing, reporting, data management, covenant and document tracking, IGA administration, and coordination of operational activities across lending and portfolio management teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong attention to detail with analytical capabilities and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting credit, servicing, and portfolio operations functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Loan Servicing and Operations
    • Handle daily administration tasks for ADC and revolver portfolios, including processing new start closings, managing draw funding requests, and preparing accurate payoff quotations.

  • Maintain precise loan records, track construction milestones, and ensure data integrity within the internal loan systems.

  • Partner with onshore asset management, risk, legal, and operations teams to execute compliant transactions and verify complete documentation.

  • Able to interpret and evaluate loan agreements, servicing agreements, and other legal documentation to support asset management activities.

  • Review closing checklists and documentation packages to meet regulatory standards and internal risk policies. Such as Validate reconveyance and loan closing files for accuracy and completeness.

What You’ll Bring

  • MBA in Finance or bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, construction loan servicing, asset management, loan operations, or a related financial services role.
  • Working knowledge of Acquisition, Development & Construction (ADC) loans, revolving credit facilities, and construction lending processes.
  • Experience handling loan servicing activities, including draw funding requests, loan boarding, payoff calculations, and loan maintenance.
  • Ability to review, interpret, and analyze loan agreements, servicing agreements, credit documents, and other legal documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate loan records and ensure data integrity across loan servicing systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
  • Mastery of financial statement analysis, project pro formas, market and competitive assessments, and portfolio management fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large production builders and complex, multi‑phase projects.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to build and audit models, borrowing‑base calculations, and sensitivities.
  • Strong relationship skills and a service mindset; effective with both internal partners and external borrowers.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

In this role, you will safeguard credit quality, enhance portfolio performance, and help Brio deliver reliable, scalable capital to best‑in‑class homebuilders—supporting housing supply and community development across the U.S.
